Refund policy

At Moissu SknCare, we pride ourselves on the quality of our handcrafted skincare products. We understand that sometimes a product may fail to meet your expectations, and we're here to ensure your satisfaction.


1. Return Timeframe:

  • If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition for Return:

  • - Products must be in the same condition you received them, unused and damage-free. They should also be in their original packaging. 

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at refundsandreturns@moissu.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your product.
  • Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within seven days of receiving the product. We'll provide a prepaid return label and, upon inspection, refund the amount or send a replacement based on your preference.

6. Exceptions:

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and their natural components, slight variations in colour, texture, and scent are expected and are not grounds for a return.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

7. Exchanges:

  • At this time, we only offer refunds and cannot process exchanges.

8. California Consumer Rights:

CCPA:

  • Residents of California are granted specific rights regarding their personal data under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you make a purchase with us, the information you provide will be used to process your order. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act:

  • Under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, consumers have the right to receive a refund or replacement for "lemon" products. While our products are handcrafted and slight variations are to be expected, if you believe that the item you received is defective beyond acceptable variations, please contact us immediately. We'll ensure that your concerns are addressed in accordance with California law.
